A threat of rain did nothing to dampen the spirits at the wedding of Jessica and Doug on their wedding day.  The traditional ceremony took place at St. Luke's UMC in St. Michaels, MD.  The couple surprised everyone by arriving by boat for the outdoor waterfront reception at The Oaks in Royal Oak, MD.  A tent and large covered dock that served as the ballroom protected everyone from the few raindrops that dared to fall.
