Not wishing to knock anybody, but most people, including many professional videographers, have no concept of editing.  For many wedding videographers, editing is something to be rushed through, while on the way to the next job.  Many do not have the temperament to deal with the detail required.  Many farm the editing out to contractors who  never met the customers.

Not so at PMP.  We shoot to edit, and Phyllis spends thirty hours or more to transform typically six hours of  camera footage into works of video art.  The critical difference you see in every PMP wedding video is Phyllis' extraordinary editing skills, artistic sensitivity and total attention to detail.   Every edit is carefully thought out and carefully executed.  Every edit has the sole purpose of making your video beautiful, interesting and fun.  Her only goal is to delight you and make your video worthy of a lifetime of enjoyment.

Editing is where your wedding video takes on the character that makes it uniquely yours.  Phyllis can edit to whatever style that suits you, and she will take the time to listen to you on this matter.

We use a digital, non-linear editing (NLE) system that has been selected with the special requirements of wedding video in mind.  There are virtually no limits.  Also, there is no loss of image quality with our NLE system, so the DVDs and tapes  you receive will have been dubbed from a broadcast quality digital master with technical quality equal to the camera original.
