The groom got ready at the Brick Hotel on the Circle in Georgetown, Delaware. He and his family and groomsmen took advantage of the beautiful “circle” across the street and had their photography session there. The couple’s dog “Tiger” showed up in his tuxedo and also participated in the family portraits.                                          

The ceremony in Nassau Valley’s Bacchus Grove was beautiful. There was an element in the service we had never seen before.  (This is after 650 weddings since 1990!) The couple had written love letters to each other. These letters were sealed and locked in a wooden box with a bottle of wine. The minister explained that the box was to be opened the first time they had an argument. They could read the love letters and drink the wine, and hopefully they would reconcile their differences. If they reached their 25th wedding anniversary with no arguments, then they should open the box, enjoy the wine and read the letters anyway.

Toasts were given prior to the sumptuous sit-down dinner outside in the courtyard–very European atmosphere. Nage of Rehoboth provided the catering. There was also a wine-tasting during the cocktail hour (perfect for a wine vineyard).

The reception was held inside in the ballroom. The room had been decorated like a sophisticated nightclub, with occasional chairs, love seats, and coffee tables. The lighting and draping were beautiful. The bride and groom’s choreographed first dance was one of the best we had ever seen. The New York Edge band was absolutely outstanding!!!

The ceremony was held outside in front of the gazebo.  The weather was perfect-not too hot, and no chance of rain. Heritage Shores looked absolutely beautiful.

Case shot from behind the gazebo, which enabled him to get close-ups as well as great processional shots. I shot from the balcony, which provided a beautiful view of the ceremony and recessional. We had two other lock-down cameras which provided additional views of the wedding.  The groom was wearing our wireless microphones to ensure the best sound possible, of course.

We recorded the wedding in high-definition and will be providing the family with both Blu-ray discs as well as DVDs.

The  whole  bridal party got dressed at Heritage Shores. Melissa’s  gown was a perfect fit.  In fact, she was pretty much perfect herself. 

Jim Gray and his staff at The City Florist provided all the flower arrangements which were absolutely gorgeous. We overheard many comments from the guests about how beautiful the flowers were.

Steve Moody provided the music and entertainment for the reception, and as usual did a superb job. The party was lively, and the guests enjoyed themselves very much.

Sander Photography provided the wedding photography. It is always nice working with Ray and his wife.

We can personally attest to the great food and service provided by Heritage Shores (The crab cakes were delicious!). Stefanie and her staff did a wonderful job of providing a perfect place for a first-class wedding and reception.

Jenny and Seth made a lovely couple, and their happiness was obvious to all who saw them. During the vows,  Seth paused and kissed Jenny’s hand. What a sweet and lovely moment to be captured on video and photographs!                   

The wedding reception was held at The Oaks in Royal Oak, Maryland.  Nicole van Winden and her staff did their usual fabulous job. The gorgeous flowers were supplied by Shirley Windsor of Seasonal Flowers.  Amy Raab   and her associate David provided the professional photography.  Anthony from MyDeejay provided the music and did a great job.

 Congratulations to Jenny and Seth! Thanks so much for having us as your wedding videographers. I can’t wait to start working on your production.

Anyway, kudos to the Nocks for a job well done.

Samantha and Tim (she is the Naval Academy graduate) had a beautiful day (a little chilly, but sunny). The ceremony was lovely (I always get a little teary-eyed when they play the Navy Hymn). The arch of swords as the bride and groom exit the chapel is a fun moment–this time, Tim was welcomed to the Navy after getting a swat on the rear by one of the midshipmen.

The reception was at the Annapolis Marriott Waterfront Hotel. The venue looked terrific and the staff did their usual great job. The bride and groom had taken ballroom dance lessons for the past six months, and it showed! Their first dance was a hit with their guests.

Sam and Tim cut their cake with her sword. They changed into football jerseys (Sam’s a Ravens fan and Tim is a Packers fan–sorry about the playoffs, Tim). One of their last dances was the “Evolution of Dance”. Sam and Tim danced their way through the 1950’s to the present. This was a huge crowd-pleaser.

Jim Larson of Larson Photography was the photographer. (Always a pleasure to work with him.) Don and Sue Fowler from Dance Masters provided the music, and they were just great. What a wonderful reception!

Seasonal Flowers created the beautiful bouquets and arrangements. Andy and Kim Nock of Andrew Nock Photography were the photographers. 

The reception was held at the Elks Lodge in Easton, Maryland. The hall was decorated as a winter wonderland and was the prettiest we have seen it in a very long time. Steve Moody was the disc jockey. The wedding cake was baked by Garrett’s grandmother and was beautiful as well as delicious.

Before the wedding ceremony, Katey and her girls were relaxed enough to play “Uno” in the dressing room. That was definitely a first, as far as I am concerned.

The reception was amazing. Mike Hines & The Look were absolutely terrific. Everybody had a blast. The dancing and fun were nonstop. Congratulations to Katey and Kevin. Thank you for choosing us to be your wedding videographers. We had a blast, too!
