Starting July 1, when we went to the Castleton Festival in Virginia and videotaped La Boheme for Maestro Lorin Maazel, my mantra has been, “Just get through July, just get through July…” We are officially done with July, so I decided it was definitely time to get a blog entry done.
Although I have posted some [...]

Our dear friends Pam and Irwin finally married off their oldest son Bryan. Case and I had the great pleasure of actually being guests at the wedding reception this past Saturday (we even got to sit at the parents' table). The party was held at Boswell Hall in Bowie Maryland. (Bryan and Sarah had gotten married [...]

What can you say about the most perfect weather of the year so far? You can say Melissa and Brent’s prayers for a perfect day were answered. Yesterday was pretty much perfect all around.
The bride and her wedding party got ready for the wedding at her godmother’s gorgeous house. The grounds were amazing. Their ceremony [...]

On Easter Sunday we lost our dear friend and mentor, Bob Lyons to cancer, a cruel and vicious disease. Although we had known Bob professionally for over twenty years, Case and Bob had become best friends in 2003.
Bob was the Director of Safety at Preston Trucking when we first met. He was in charge of [...]

Erika and James were married at Ayres United Methodist Church in Pittsville, Maryland. Except for a pesky heating grate in front of the altar area (you know what I mean, Erika), everything was perfect. Erika wore a beautiful strapless gown with a lace over-jacket. The church was decorated for Christmas and the bridesmaids’ dresses were [...]

Yesterday we had a wedding at Our Lady of the Fields in Millersville, MD. Although a little chilly, the weather was beautiful.
Kristen and Mark were a lovely couple, and our coverage of the event is a good example of how we videotape all of our events. Although they booked a small package with us, we still [...]

Heather and [...]
